উত্তর : ভাইরাস অতিক্ষুদ্র অণুজীব। ইলেকট্রন অণুবীক্ষণ ছাড়া খালি চোখে এদের দেখা সম্ভব নয়। ভাইরাস দেহে কোষপ্রাচীর, প্লাজমলেমা, সংগঠিত নিউক্লিয়াস, সাইটোপ্লাজম ইত্যাদি নেই। তাই ভাইরাসকে অকোষীয় বলা হয়।
