Short syllabus of SSC exam

0

SSC and equivalent examinations will start next June. A short syllabus has been prepared for the examination as the educational institution has been closed for a long time. This syllabus has been prepared by reducing 20 to 25 percent from each subject of ninth-tenth class. The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) has already sent a short syllabus to the Ministry of Education. It is learned that if approved by the ministry, it will be released from the education boards as soon as possible.

According to NCTB sources, the government has decided to take this year’s SSC-equivalent examination in a short syllabus as educational institutions have been closed for a long time. To this end, a team of two senior teachers, one subject matter expert from NCTB, was formed for each subject to summarize the ninth-tenth class syllabus. Thus, the syllabus has been shortened by forming a team of three members for each subject.

Officials said a short syllabus has been prepared with four workshops in 12 working days with teachers and experts. A new syllabus has been prepared for a total of 36 textbooks for class IX-X. Among the subjects taught in the ninth grade, which are similar to the tenth grade subjects, have been omitted. This level is similar to the eleventh class, some of them have been left out.

However, a short syllabus has been prepared in the light of the subjects that are associated with the next level and the subjects that need to be learned and known in the ninth-tenth level. 20 to 25 percent of the content of each book has been reduced to a short syllabus.
